Returns & Exchanges

Return/Exchange Policy

  • We offer a refund or exchange on any full price item except pre-order items, purchased online or in-store, within 14 days of receipt when returned in all original packaging, with original labels attached and providing items remain free from odours, have not been worn, washed, soiled, altered or damaged in any way.  
  • SALE ITEMS are non-refundable.  
  • Toys cannot be returned if the clear packaging has been opened or the item has been built. 
  • Please be cautious when wearing styles that have diamantés, bows or embellishments.  These are for decoration purposes only.  No liability for return will be accepted.  
  • Pre-order items can be exchanged or we can offer a gift voucher for the value within 14 days of receipt when returned in all original packaging, with original labels attached and providing items remain free from odours, have not been worn, washed, soiled, altered or damaged in any way.  Toys cannot be returned if the clear packaging has been opened or the item has been built. 
  • Goods returned after the 14 day period will not be accepted for a return.  Anyone that returns goods after the 14 days will be notified that their refund will not be accepted and they will be liable for the postage costs to have the goods returned to them.

  • It is expected that you enclose your name and address with your return so that we can find your order details
  • If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable or you have changed your mind, the cost of postage when returning the goods is to be paid by you.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return. 
    It is expected for a contact name and number to be enclosed with your return so that we may telephone you, if needed, to obtain your card details to process your refund..  If you do not enclose your name, then we do not know who it is from.
